Psst… Supper Speakeasy Menu – August

It’s here, it’s finally here… our first ever Supper Speakeasy menu is here! You still may not know where we’re eating, but at least you know what we’re eating… see? I’ll let you in on some of the secret!

Cucumber, Tomato and Herb Salad
White balsamic, blue cheese, hominy, extra virgin olive oil

Artic Char pan seared with Brioche and Artichokes
Micro greens, summer vegetables, fennel beurre blanc

Beef Short Rib and Natural Reduction
Celriac, turnips, swiss chard, wild mushrooms

Vanilla-sour cream Panna Cotta with White Cake and peach gelée
(this dessert took silver at the ACE Awards)
